The baby gains more fat in the third trimester. I wouldn't worry about it! At 10 weeks, my baby looked like a little alien in some of the pictures lol

I wouldn't worry babies look funny in ultrasounds my baby look like it had a huge over bite in his and he looks completely normal. I was a little worried too.
