Why does your MIL suck?

My mother in law has a classic case of meddling too much in her son's life, a big helping of crazy, and a dash of wanting us to dress up for pictures. Her 50th birthday party was this past weekend, and I felt like I was in a white snake video. HUGE hair teased to the heavens, and a bunch of women who looked 65 cackling beneath a cloud of smoke. It was gross. At least my sister in law was there.
