MIL and SIL mad at my husband and I about visitation!!!

I am scheduled for a c-section this Friday (10-21-16) my MIL and SIL are mad at my husband and I because we won't allow them to visit our newborn son or watch our two year old daughter this weekend. Our nephew has been diagnosed with strep throat and we don't want us, our newborn, or our daughter exposed to it. They think the only way you can catch strep throat is by drinking after the person who has it. Sorry but if someone sneezes or coughs who has step you have been exposed! I'm sorry they are so pissed off and upset but I'm thinking about the health of my family and they can just get over it!
