Any tips for pain?
I've been getting a constant back pain around the mid area and constant pain on my right side maybe a inch or two below my ribs. They come and go together but mostly come cause it doesn't really go away.
I drink water, I elevate my feet (left ankle lower leg has been slightly swollen), I try shifting positions. Sometimes when I lay certain ways it has dulled the pain but not long.
Have any of you experience this? What helps the pain? It's getting really bothersome and is starting to effect me at work the past few days.
