increasing Milk Supply
Have any of you moms struggled with milk supply and successfully increased it?
I am taking Domperidone but I haven't really been pumping, and I only latch him on maybe once a day so I know that's my downfall, I gotta pump at least every three hours but it's so hard! I guess I'm just not meant to breastfed, but it makes me so sad ;( any tips?
