Weight Loss Techniques?

Hey! So I'm really unhappy with how I've let myself go and constantly buying bigger clothes because I'm rapidly expanding is not fun... I want to lose a belly, a lot off my Butt and thighs, and become somewhat lean and thin again.

I get eating healthy and working out is key, but what exactly do I do to focus on those areas? Also, what do I do to keep my appetite under control? It's my greatest weakness.. 😭
