I am trying to get pregnant and need answers?

I am wondering if it possible to get pregnant even if I'm not ovulating. I had sex probably a few days after ovulating. Not 100% sure though due to the fact I have irregular periods. However in less than 24
Hours I had completely unprotected sex including ejaculating inside of me. What are my chances of being pregnant?

If you're going off of what an app says your ovulation day is, that's not at all accurate, especially if your cycle is irregular. When I got pregnant, I had ovulated a full week after my app predicted I would. Unless you used ovulation tests or tracked temperature, cervical mucous, ect. You don't really know when ovulation was.
As someone else pointed out, there's a limited number of days you can get pregnant in a cycle, with your best chances being between 2 days before ovulation and the day of, since most sperm only live about 3 days in your body. Also, if you do have sex in that time frame, your odds of getting pregnant (if you both have healthy, fully functional reproduction systems) is 25% on any given month, which is why it can take a completely healthy couple a full year to conceive.
