Time to call the dr???

41+3 weeks over here and I think I might have sprung a small leak. I tried laying down for a bit and more fluid did come out, but not enough to where I'm soaked "more like the size of a dime." This happened a few times throughout the day, where just small clear gushes would come out. I've had a few irregular contractions today but nothing consistent other than back pressure and random waves of back pain. I have an appointment tomorrow morning, so basically I'm just wondering if it's worth calling/ going into L&D or if I should just see how the night goes?
