I had a pretty intense labor... had scar tissue from a leep procedure done 13 years ago that cause me to not dilate at all. Nurse had to force the scar tissue to rip to get me dilated to 2... on of the worst pains ever! Then I was stuck at 5cm for 7 hours and they told me that I was going to have a c section, 5 mins before I was rolled back they decided to let me try to dilate on my own. Progressed to 10 over the next 6 hours, tried pictocin but is dropped baby's heart rate really low so had to stop it. Went to push and he had meconium in the fluid, he got stuck behind my pubic bone, was spine to spine with me so I had intense back labor, had to use a vacuum to get him out after 2.5 hours of pushing and 32 hours of total labor...I am one tired mama but henis so worth it! Daddy and I are so in love with him
