ladies who have went into labor, please help!

Had a membrane sweep last Friday, had some spotting that night then dark brown mucousy discharge the next day. Have had some period like cramping going on throughout the week (mostly only at night), and the past two days (Wed & Thurs of this week) have had more mucous with light brown tinge. Is this my true bloody show since my sweep was days ago? Also this morning I have pains/pressure in my pelvic region and rectum. I feel like I'm really constipated but have been able to go to the bathroom already this morning. Not sure what's going on, but could it be labor even if it's more of a constant pain rather than regular contractions on and off?
