so scared!

I had a miscarriage in 2011! I have a healthy 2 year old and I am not pregnant again 8w4d and I don't have a doc appointment till the 28th...I am so scared to go and find out there is no heartbeat or I had another miscarriage 😢 my symptoms come and go as well! I never had morning sickness so I can't go with that but my breasts don't feel as tender as they felt before should I be worried? 😢
