question for y'all

So I've been spotting when I have a bowel movement I have gone earlier this month and did a papsmear and results are normal no swelling or odd finding other then a little yeast that I was told since it's not symptomatic not to worry my body will take care of it it's self l, ok fine so I had a normal period and a week later started spotting after a bowel movement and every time I have "to go" I spot I'm not pregnant and I know it's defiantly coming out of my vagina. I've called my DR and she says not to worry unless this continues month after month but I can't help but worry THIS IN NOT NORMAL 😞 should I demand to be seen again???
