Kickball while pregnant?

I'm 6 weeks in and was invited to play on my company kickball team for one game on Nov. 5th. What is your opinion on any kind of sports in the first trimester if you're usually active?

I wouldn't worry about the active part of it but since its kickball, i would be afraid of a ball hitting my stomach.

Jogging, yoga, kickboxing sorts of activities are totally fine, if not recommended. I'm a little wary of ball based sports though.  But of course I'm the girl who always got hit by the ball when I wasn't even playing...

Just stay hydrated and don't do any crazy dives or slides and you should be just fine! You said you're already active so this shouldn't be much of a strain on you at all. It's just kickball. Just listen to your body. Drink way more water than usual and take a break if you need to.
