Enfamil Vs Similac- Which is the better brand?

Is one better than the other??
Is there a difference??
My doctor said WIC covers Similac but not Enfamil... Why? Is Enfamil a better brand so the state will only give the lower income people the cheaper brand??
I don't have WIC but for those who do, do you know why the won't cover Enfamil?

I dont think 1 is better than the other, all formula has to fall within regulary guidelines, personally i dont use either anymore. I like costcos kirkland brand better for price and consistency. I pay $46 dollars a month vs $180 a month when my kids were on brand name formulas

One is no better than the other. My baby did better with similac after i quit breastfeeding.

In ny. Wic covers enfamil ..and doesn't cover silmilac

I'm in Indiana and WIC covers Enfamil...probably because we live in the same city where Enfamil is made.

If you get a doctors note saying your baby can have the other then WIC will cover the other formula. Also just read a couple of recent (couple weeks ago) articles about bugs being found inside brand new not expired similac. This is not the first time they have had this problem either.
