45 day cycles please help

So we have been trying since I have been tracking since I know I have had cysts in ultrasound but never diagnosed with pcos..the last cycle wasn't 51 days as I am in that cycle and haven't had af yet but did ovulate om cd 35 I'm supposed to get af om 11/1 and used pre seed this cycle .. any thoughts lady it's been 3 very long cycles since July and I'm just so badly wanting this I'm 23 and never thought it would be this hard.
