I don't think you did.. I had cramps and spasms during my 1st trimester even if we didn't have sex. I even spotted twice but everything's alright. I am 31weeks now.

You'll be ok! With my first pregnancy I had cramping after sex for about a month. Cramping is normal during the first trimester and beyond really.. if you have any bleeding with it, call the doctor
