Is anyone else terrified?

Every time I go to the bathroom I am terrified to pull my pants down and see blood in my underwear. My doc told me that I have a high risk pregnancy and now the possibility of miscarriage is all that I can think about. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Why did he tell you you have a high-risk if I may ask?

I am a triple double risk LOL no really I am I have a congenital heart problem but I was born with I have thyroid problems which I drink medicine for, depression and anxiety! 
I have it all, lol... 
overall I am five weeks and I have been feeling great if you ask me this is an amazing beginning

so thinking positive eating well don't lift heavy things over 10 pounds try not to do stairs, for sure pass on mopping the floors and vacuuming relax take it one day at a time

Not terrified because l know l will love my baby no matter what, but 2 out of 3 times l dream about my baby, l see a baby with down syndrome and lkd why!!!
