Frustrated and hurting

I am 39+1 and I have been having on and off contractions since Sunday. Now they are consistently less than 5 minutes apart and have been for 16+ hours. They are very painful and take my breath away. I got checked yesterday after 2 hours of under 4 minutes apart contractions and I was only 1.5cm dilated. The contractions are waking me up. I got my membranes scraped on Thursday PM and lost my mucus plug yesterday AM. I am so ready to meet our daughter, she is just not ready to meet us. What can I do to help? I can't go on another week like this and they do not want to induce me until at least 40 weeks.
