Help! For real help!

So I am 6 m pp not really preventing not trying so when I was late I thought I might be pregnant well about 1 million tests later and 10 days late my period came last night I had been cramping for like the whole week and when it came it was full force and bright red and this morning after only 4.5 hours asleep I woke up soaked like through my pad and my underwear and on bed and literally (tmi) dripped to the bathroom with no clots at all which is not normal usually I start brown and end red and pretty light but some clots I have no clots no brown very heavy and I am sick too like congested coughing I don't want to sound crazy but I don't understand what might be wrong?? I had a cyst while I was pregnant but this seems excessive I don't want to be the crazy lady going to the doctor because I have my period
