Can anyone tell me what this is?? It was all over her body yesterday but today it's just in her face. I don't want to take her to the ER if it's something I can do. She's 3 months old and on formula. Nothing's been changed in her day to day.

This looks just like what my son has. It's baby rash and there is not much you can do. It doesn't hurt and will go away. For my son, each day the rash is on a different part of the body. Today it's on his face.

My baby had the same thing i put baby vaseline on and a few days later i was clear. It's very normal for babys to get acne. but you can ask her doctor just in case.

Could be dry skin but it looks a lot like an allergy to me. Maybe the detergent or fabric softener you're using? Even on your own clothes.

So, it was just pointed out to me that the uniform I wear to work could have made her break out. It's treated with pesticides. I didn't even think about that. Thank you ladies for all your suggestions! Y'all really helped me out.

One of the women on here put breast milk on the baby's face and it cleared up the next day, I personally never tried that though.
