Hi ladies I have taken two courses of metronidazole at 9 weeks and 12 weeks. I have been reading up on this drug and am wondering if this is ok to take during the first trimester as I have seen that it can cause birth defects or miscarriages. I know can't go back now from taking it but if any of you have taken it in your first trimester and have had no problems with your little one I would love some reassurance. Thank you so much <3
