tired of talking about baby

Is it me or does any of you moms ever get tired of talking about your baby to other ppl.? I work in a hospital I'm 32 weeks and literally every five to ten mins someone is asking how far along is you, you're so small, do you know what your having. But the comments that get me the most are don't you think you're too young, are you married, I know it was an accident, damn everybody pregnant in here let me go, what kind of water did you drink!! I think I'm more so tired of the negative than the actually caring about me part. Sorry I just had to vent cause ppl make me sick assuming things. I'm 22 yes I'm young but grown, I'm married, and my baby was absolutely planned just cause three other women that work with me is also pregnant don't mean anything!
