Possibly pregnant?
I had unprotected sex a week ago today, shortly before ovulating. I took the morning after pill about 18 hours later. Yesterday I had odd cramps, like a tightening feeling in my uterus. Today I noticed light spotting. Could it be implantation spotting? It's too soon for my period. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?
