Cold and pregnant
A couple days ago, I started getting congested. Now I have a full blown cold. I'm 10w4d and feeling miserable. I've taken some Epsom salt baths. Not a ton I can do because I'm avoiding medications and many herbal things (too many things we can take/use!). Any words of wisdom? What have you don't to alleviate your cold symptoms?
