extreme period pains!

I really don't know what to do because I've had to cancel plans and go home from school because my period pains were so bad. I even took paracetamol/ ibuprofen but nothing helped. I start getting really hot and sweating and it just hurts so bad. My periods last around 6 days. I'm not sure what to do to stop it, can anyone help? ❤️
