refrigerated breast milk question
I store my refrigerated breast milk in the Madela plastic tubes. When I take them out to give my son a bottle the tube gets a thick milk ring around it. Should I be scraping that off and making sure that gets in the bottle? I feel like I'm leaving important nutrients behind!
