twinge/cramp in left ovary for about 5 mins?

Question

Clear CM with an EWCM feel but not a lot. I have PCOS and was blood tested on
CD 28 where they said no ovulation yet. Now on CD 32 with the twinges, does this sound like ov? Just on left ovary and gone after 5 mins. Hoping not just a cyst bursting
