So I'm 23 I have a child, and my boyfriend(not the dad) is 30. He also used to use steroids. But a lot but when he was in his early 20's. We have been together since January and we have been having unprotected sex and nothing is happening. Also, 4 years ago his penis got like 1 1/2 inch smaller. So IDK what's going on but I haven't been on birth control in 3 years. Could he be shooting blanks or maybe wrong timing?
