This morning was sitting on the floor then layed flat on my back I'm 23 weeks pregnant . But after I got up my whole back been hurting every since and I don't know what to do I took a tylenol but it didn't do nothing ? Pluse also when I sleep I wake up my legs and hips be so sore I can't even get out the bed my husband wake up helping me get up to use the bathroom so what can that be also ?
