Cleaning advice?

Hey ladies! I'm moving house (sigh)
And am 13 weeks pregnant.
I know I can't lift heavy things, and so I haven't.
But I do need to clean, what needs doing is:
The kitchen: floors, oven, bleach the benches.
The bathroom: bleach the whole room top to bottom.
And a general bleach over all over the house.
The only issue is the fumes.
How do you advise I go about this?
I also am very sensative to scent and get light headed very easily.
Also am high risk. Thanks.  😊

Since you're high risk I'd ask your doctor. When I currently clean the bathroom I'll use a mask and turn on the fan. Sometimes I'll open the doors of the house to let fumes out.

Hire a service to do a deep cleaning. Most companies offer a move in/out deep cleaning option. Don't stress yourself.

I would just get a cleaning company. Most will offer a pre-moving house cleaning service. Just make sure they're bonded and insured 👍🏼

You don't need to worry about lifting moderately heavy things that early in pregnancy, trust me, I was hiking around the desert with a 50lb backpack at 13 weeks for work. As for cleaners, dish soap and hot water works for a lot of surfaces. Make sure you're ventilating your house when using cleaners. Don't use oven cleaner or anything strong like that. And if you feel light headed get some air and take a break until things air out.

I don't use alto of bleach anymore. Also ill open up the windows. And doors. And turn the fan on.
