I'm 39 weeks pregnant and just a couple months ago I noticed this dark, raised spot on my arreola. Any ideas what it is?

I had a Montgomery gland that turned dark pretty early on in pregnancy.  It subsequently developed into this thing that looks kind of like a mole and has been getting bigger and bigger in third trimester.  I asked my dermatologist about it, and she said it's a seborrheic keratosis.  They're just pigmented growths that sit on top of the skin.  They might be ugly, but they don't turn cancerous (my worry) and there's nothing else bad about them. I've also got dark splotches and freckles all over my areolas now that weren't there before.  But I'm a pretty freckly and moley person in general, so I guess this is just how my body responds to wacky hormone levels. I'm almost 4months PP and there still there. I'm used to them now :) Baby doesn't mind and neither does my Hubby.
