Confused. Advice?

I started the patch not last week but the week before, I was on it for one day and the night after me and my guy had sex (yes, without a condom) because we were both curious as we had always used to condoms. He didn't cum IN me, he pulled out and finished himself a few inches away from my entrance and then fingered me. He swears up and down he didn't have anything on his fingers from him finishing himself, but for about 4 days now I've been really bloated and gasy, and my boobs have been hurting so bad & really swollen. I'm not due for my period until the 31st of this month. 

So..should I wait until im due to take a test?(should I even take one).  Or do you guys just think this is coincidence?

ALSO: I had to stop the patch because I found out I am allergic to the adhesive that's on it & they kept falling off right after I showered.
