baby not moving as much?

I'm 24 weeks and lately I notice baby isn't moving as much as before. She would kick so much stronger and my whole belly would move. Now it's weaker and my belly isn't moving as noticeably. Is this normal?is she maybe just curled up more now? I'm worried but I'm a ftm so I'm not sure if I'm over reacting or not lol

I think when it's not moving as much it's going through a growth spurt. 
I went in with reduced movements and they said not to worry up to 28 weeks as there is still alot of room in there. But go in for a check if you need reassurance they won't mind.
My baby didn't move for the day, then yesterday fainter movements and today he's been moving loads. It's hard to know what is going on in there!
