Need Advice 😔

My daughter is 5 weeks old and is constantly nursing. When I say constantly, I mean that I'm literally feeding her at least 16 hours out of the day. She can feed for hours on just one side and then I maybe have an hour break before she's rooting again. I don't know if I can breastfeed anymore. It's so hard on me. All I do all day is sit on the couch and feed her. The cherry on top of everything is I now have hemorrhoids and it hurts to sit. Anyone else's baby do this or have you experienced anything similar? I'm currently laying in bed with her listening to her scream after we've been up for 4 hours feeding. No one tells you this stuff about parenthood, I swear 😭
