too far?

So my boyfriend went to a football game yesterday and got drunk with his friends. He told me that while they were in line for tickets, they met two girls and his friend really liked one of them. So my boyfriend, to help out his friend, asked the girls for their snapchats so then they would ask for his friend's snapchat so his friend could talk to the girl, I guess like being his wingman or whatever. Do you think this was too far? I mean he basically pretended to be into the girls and asked for their snapchats to help his friend, I know he wouldn't cheat on me or anything but it's just made me a little uncomfortable. Am i overreacting?
