PCOS -Ovulation tracking
Hi All
I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple of weeks ago and my periods are irregular every month so i have been finding it hard to track ovulation can anyone on here advise me on this? Im getting ovulation days on my glow app but not sure if its accuarate or not?
