Pcos?

So I've got a list of questions for those who know a thing or two about pcos... my husband and I are ttc, going on our 7th month now, no bfps, no miscarriages, not a single pregnancy. I got my implant taken out 7.5 months ago, so according to everything, my ability to conceive should be perfectly fine. Im 20 years old. He's (basically) my first sexual partner, so I've never been pregnant before so I havent been able to 'test my fertility' until now.. anyway.

#1 Pcos, is it or can it be hereditary? My sister has pcos, she didn't start her periods till 18, they were irregular, I don't think they were super painful. But she may have hid her pain..

#2 can you have pcos without the associated period pains? My periods don't come cramps or anything. Or if i do cramp, its a small cramp nothing extreme.

#3 irregular cycles? Mine were like clock work until my bc, now my periods aren't as regular. I technically haven't had a period flow, but more like bloody discharge at the end of the month sometimes starting on the 26th and lasting for 2 days and others starting on the 29th and lasting for 4 days. So they have been semi regular, just not like clockwork...

#4 Weight issue with pcos? After looking at the symptoms on a medical site, one symptom includes being overweight. I am 20 years old 5'6 weighing in at 175, originally I have always been 140lbs. My weight right now I blame on my unhealthy lifestyle. Going out to eat often, not exercising, I am naturally a very anxious person (anxiety disorder), and this ttc has made me even more anxious.

I have also been diagnosed with depression, which it also lists as a symptom of pcos.

Does any of this sound like I may have pcos. I don't want to ttc naturally for another 6 months if I've had signs pointing towards pcos the entire time.... granted I don't think I do have any signs.

I've always heard women with pcos have these extremely painful cramps, and I have no cramps. Me being overweight I blame on my unhealthy lifestyle. Depression and anxiety well that's my own issues to deal with.
