I've been diagnosed with SPD and am currently waiting for a referral to physio, does anyone have this and have any recommendations of exercises or anything I can do in the mean time? I've got a three year old and I'm really struggling to even do little things like pick him up! It's making me feel guilty! Also would an aqua natal class help or make it worse? Thanks 😊😊 x
