The max is 6 tabs in 24 hours but I've taken 3 at most with a lot of time in between... this heartburn has me feeling like I'm going to have lasting effects and holes in my esophagus after birth.. I never had heartburn before and it's HORRENDOUS! Tums was on my doctors OK list of OTC things to take but some ladies still won't/don't and live with the heartburn. WHY?! I heard pickle juice is a helper but I feel like pickle juice is just as acidic as anything and would make it worse... no??
