TTC baby #2

I am 23 years old, recently married. I have a 5 year old, surprise pregnancy in high school, 18 years old. I stopped taking my birth control (pill), for 3 months now. I've been tracking my ovulation, taking ovulation tests, etc., just looking for some pointers, or some encouragement on pregnancies after stopping the birth control pill. I know I haven't been trying long at all, but just looking for some advice!!! Thanks to any and all who can help! 🤗
