3rd scan tomorrow at only 6 weeks...

At 5 weeks 6 days the heart rate was 112. Due to some light bleeding over the weekend and me being at risk for miscarriage bc of a uterine septum my doctor is having me come back tomorrow when I'll be 6 weeks 3 days. How much of a progression should I expect in just 4 days??? This is my first pregnancy and I'm so early still and already having to go for my 3rd scan makes me so anxious. I'm much calmer then I have been in the last week bc this is a situation that is all out of my hands now and all I can do is pray that the baby keeps hanging tight.
