placenta location

I had an ultrasound at 13 weeks and I asked the location of the placenta. I asked because I've had one posterior and one anterior and had problems with both. She told me it was actually a fundal and left it at that. I've never heard of this and I've done my fair share of research on pregnancy. I can't find much feedback from moms who have expierenced it first hand but I did find this interesting study and the majority of women actually had fundal placentas. Some of the results were interesting and worth a read if you've got time and like reading semi boring articles and want to learn a little something new. 

Also, any mommas who have experience with a fundal placenta, was it any different for you than the other positions if you've had multiple children?
