am i hurting my son
I want an honest openion i havent been taking any prenatals or any follic acid. Am i hurting my son or me? Im really scared this is my first baby n i want him to be strong n healthy. My midwife tells me that the baby is healthy. I have a hard time swallowing pills. Pls give me the best advice u can
