pcos. please help.

I'm 19 and I've always had irregular periods and I'm really scared I have pcos but my insurance recently dropped me and until I can afford to get it myself again then I can't go get checked. But I did have a gynecologist I went to from the ages of 13-18 when I was on insurance. I looked it up and it says you are born with pcos that you cannot develope it. Well anyway, I had bloodwork done before to see if I was anemic and I was just wondering, if I had pcos even if they weren't testing for that would it have shown up in those results and they would have told me then?? I also had an ovarian ultrasound once to just see how everything looked but she said she didn't see anything wrong but I did have just one cyst that had already ruptured and was healing and everything was looking fine. I'm just really worried.
