cleaning out with a babywipe?

Every time I'm on my period I use baby wipes to clean out the blood and on the inside too, are we suppose to do that? Will that cause a yeast infection? I've been doing it for years cause I feel like toilet paper won't clean it as much.  I use wipes pretty much all the time it gets the job done and my vagina doesn't smell...  No hate please I'm only fourteen just needed a answer
