34 weeks pregnant & no ob!!

Ugh! So I was going to an ob-gyn and they told me I had too much protein in my urine, they were suppose to transfer me to a specialist but never happened. So recently I asked about giving birth to my son at a hospital closer to my home. The ob-gyn I was going took that as a transfer,  I'm waiting to hear from the hospital about delivering there and they tell me, they don't accept my insurance.
