just wondering

Had 3 days of brown spotting..never filled a tampon at all...one day of a small amount of light bleeding..again..never filled a tampon and then that was it! Haven't had a bfp but I'm still cramping...everywhere from my legs to my lower back...I don't know whether or not to consider that my period for this month or not!! Any ideas??
