Extremely painful breasts before period!!!

Of course i get sore boobs with all the other wonderful pmt symptoms month in month out.

Im 30 years old so have had my fair share of them but this month they have been extremely unbearably painful. I can honestly say i have never had them as painful as they are now.

They are tingling, painful to the touch, really swollen and big.

Its been like it for a whole week and im due on in 2 days.

I am not on amy meds or under any stress (well no more than the usual)

Im just wondering if any one else has experienced this out of the ordinary pain and is it something i should be concerned about?
