trying for pregnancy, cervical mucus (tmi)

My fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 1 year. We've been watching my ovulation and trying to have sex at the right times but it just hasn't been working. I have one day left of my ovulation time frame.This month I feel different and my cervical discharge is a consistency and color it never has been. Do any of you know what this type of discharge could mean?
