General question

I went to go get my blood drawn this past Friday & the nurse said my results would be in on Tuesday which is today, so I called to get the results the 1st time and the nurse acted like she was going to tell me, then she said looks like the dr will have to call you, so I called back again & another nurse said the dr will have to call & give you your results so at this point I haven't heard from my dr & im worried that they may have found something & I want be able to conceive, is that possible?
